Trust and transparency

Editorial standards and corrections

How we separate approved tour facts, independent research, changing government information, third-party property details and image evidence.

Our standard

Safaris Adventure Bookers aims to publish useful original planning material grounded in authoritative evidence and the approved safari catalogue. Sources inform our explanations; their text is not copied wholesale. A visible facts-checked date says when we reviewed the evidence, not that a rule can never change.

Destination and wildlife facts

We prioritize park authorities, government tourism bodies, wildlife authorities and the IUCN. We separate a park from its wider ecosystem, distinguish documented presence from a likely sighting and never guarantee wild behaviour or migration events.

Time-sensitive travel information

Entry, permit, health, insurance, government fee and park-rule information links to the live official source and carries a review date. Travellers must recheck for their passport, route and travel date. We do not provide medical diagnosis.

Accommodation research

A verified official property site is the primary source where available. We distinguish properties named in an approved itinerary from options that may be discussed during planning. We do not infer ownership, partnership, star ratings, room rates or services from another operator's site.

Tour catalogue integrity

Published tour slugs, duration, route, day order, approved price, accommodation claims, inclusions and exclusions are maintained as controlled catalogue data. New destination or wildlife context must not silently rewrite those approved facts.

Authorship and review

Content is attributed to the Safaris Adventure Bookers travel editorial team unless a real named specialist has personally reviewed it and approved attribution. We do not fabricate authors, reviewers or qualifications.

Commercial independence

An accommodation profile or official external link is editorial context, not proof of ownership, inventory or partnership. If sponsorship or affiliate compensation is introduced later, it must be disclosed and marked appropriately.

Images, captions and restoration

Production images come from the existing Safaris Adventure Bookers library or owner-authorized project folders. The asset manifest records the original source path, dimensions, duplicate status, final filename, use and provenance. A photograph can support only what it visibly shows; it does not prove a changing facility, wildlife location or service.

We search for a better original before considering restoration. Any restoration must preserve species, people, architecture, furniture, landscape, vehicle, composition and camera perspective. Invented property features are not acceptable.

Corrections

If you find an error, send the page URL, the statement and a reliable supporting source to info@safarisadventurebookers.com. We review material corrections against the source register and update the visible review date only when a real review occurs.
